Twelve Mental Patients is a psychological horror game where you play as a mad doctor who arrives at an abandoned psychiatric hospital to end the suffering of patients who can no longer be saved. With each victim, you inch closer to the edge of your own madness, balancing on the brink of insanity.

The demo version includes:

• A selection of items available in the game

The demo allows you to experience the basic game mechanics. The full version offers more maps, items, and features.
