Drug system and euphoria: drugs make you faster, stronger, and more lethal… but each dose increases your toxicity and can kill you. Each drug has its own song; if you combine drugs, the songs blend together!

Passives and Consumables: Find items and abilities that modify your playstyle — taking less damage, boosting the effects of drugs, an extra life, immortality, even a double jump!

Every mistake can cost you everything: when you die, you lose your items, passives, and some of your money. There's no forgiveness here!
