About This Game

Flameborn Heroine:

A 2D platformer that offers a hack 'n' slash experience focused on action and strategic combat, with an engaging narrative that guides the player through various stages and challenges.

Embark on a challenging solo journey. Face enemies,

  • History

On the 13th cycle of the Crimson Moon, that very night, the shadows awoke—ancient creatures, forgotten since the War of Ash, began to stir again. Cities burned, fields withered, and the people lost their faith.

In a village hidden among the mountains, lived Aurora, a young princess.

After an attack by shadow creatures on her village is destroyed, and Aurora narrowly survives, something awakens.

Seeking revenge, the Goddess of Fire guides Aurora on her journey to restore peace to the world.

  • MOVEMENT MECHANICS

Double Jump – Allows the player to jump again in mid-air before landing.

Wall Climb – Holds onto and climbs vertical walls.

Slide – The player can crouch and slide through low tunnels.

  • ENEMIES AND CHALLENGES

Patrol Enemy – Walks from side to side and changes direction upon colliding with walls.

Flying Enemy – Hovers and follows the player when it enters their field of vision.

Turret – Fires projectiles periodically when the player is nearby.

Falling Platform – After the player steps on it, it collapses after a short time.

  • COLLECTABLES AND POWER-UPS

Coins / Gems – Items that add points when collected.

Heart / Extra Life – Recovers health or increases maximum HP.

  • INTERACTION AND PROGRESSION

Teleportation Portal – Instantly transports the player to another area.

Checkpoint / Flag – Marks the respawn point after death.

Moving Platform – Automatically moves along horizontal or vertical paths.
