The Early Access version includes all the current functionality of the PRO version, including video recording and animation. Additional features may be added in the full version, but I'd like to hear from Early Access users about their needs.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The program is fully functional and has completed beta testing. You can create fractal worlds, explore them, take photos, and record videos. Unfortunately, I'm limited by the number of graphics cards available to me, and I'm not sure the program will work equally well on all graphics cards, especially those from manufacturers other than AMD and Nvidia.

Hinnoitellaanko sovellus toisin Early Accessin aikana ja sen jälkeen?

The Early Access version cost the same as the full Lite version, but have identical functionality to the PRO version, which will cost significantly more.

I hope Early Access users will keep me informed of their suggestions and any bugs they discover. Since this is an open-source project, I'd really appreciate users suggesting new features for future releases. The optimal communication method is email, as you're not limited to text size and can attach files.

Starting March 1, 2026, the basic version of the program will be free, and the PRO version will cost $24.99. If you purchase the early access version now for $9.99, you will retain all the functionality of the PRO version, but after that date, this option will no longer be available.

MandelCraft is not a game but a program for creative people who prefer to create and explore new things, rather than just run and shoot at everything that moves. The program was developed to explore a little-studied area of mathematics—three-dimensional fractal worlds. There are no rules for them, and the theory is undeveloped. Currently, creating such worlds is more a combination of art and luck.

Although 3D fractals are a very complex area of mathematics, with MandelCraft you don't need mathematical knowledge or programming skills. You can create your own mathematical worlds (no less real than our physical world) simply by constructing their structure from pre-built blocks. It's like DNA: a relatively simple structure contains the recipe for building a very complex organism, and small changes to the DNA lead to completely different results. Likewise, small changes to block parameters or the addition of a new cube transform the fractal beyond recognition.

After creating a fractal world, you can navigate it at 30 frames per second—a speed completely unachievable using traditional methods for calculating fractals of such complexity. You can take photos and save your favorite images in high resolution. The PRO version also lets you animate fractals and record videos of your travels. Since MandelCraft is an open-source project, you can see the entire fractal generation process from the inside and even add your own features.
