GAARL! Is a fast paced action platformer game with roguelike elements - permadeath, randomly spawning enemies, randomly chosen levels, wacky builds, and high replay value.

Easy to Learn

Your only tool is a chain gun, shoot it at enemies to deal damage, aim it at anything else to deploy a climbable chain. Retrieve you chains, and manage your ammo carefully.

Hard to Master

GAARL is designed and balanced to be beaten with skill alone. Learn the enemies and environments, and master your abilities to reach the end. If that doesn't work, you can engage with a powerful perk system that offers qualitative changes to the way that you play. Hire goons, release lady bugs, cover your body in spikes, drink the blood of your foes!
