Rune Fighters is a side-scroller 2D magic action cast'em'up couch-co-op/versus featuring a world where every pixel is physically simulated.

Players can create spells from runes, to burn enemies, blow them away with wind, or protect themselves.

The game features to main game modes:

The arena pits friends against each other or against waves of ennemies, so prove your worth as the greatest mage. Make sure to create a diverse spell loadout to counter enemy spells!

The campaign lets players roleplay as overly-aggressive peace-bringers, as you travel through a medieval-fantasy world filled with goblins and fiends, with the simple goal of purging the land of all evil beings - no matter the cost. Unlock runes and equipment by finding them across the levels, and increase your spell loadout options!
