"The Call of Darkness" is an Adult Visual Novel centered on story, adventure, and rich character development within a sci-fi setting infused with Lovecraftian and fantasy elements.
The base game features nudity, horror themes, non-sexual violence, and a small amount of gore—depicting dead bodies, otherworldly creatures, and primarily psychological horror.
While the game includes romantic and sexual content options, these are fully contained within an optional, free DLC that unlocks the full adult experience. This design ensures that players can enjoy the core narrative without sexual content if they prefer. The DLC will be available at launch.

Welcome to the Antares! She is a decommissioned Earth Gov destroyer, now in private service—and your new berth as her Captain. You have just been assigned to her by H.P. Industries and have yet to meet your rambunctious crew.
