Shadows Must Fall is a top-down arena shooter roguelite where you play collect weapons & build towers to fight off hordes of shadow monsters. Choose from a variety of upgrades and items to create unique builds and survive until the light cleanses the shadows.

Build a Living Fortress

Turn weapons into towers mid-run and reshape the battlefield as the horde closes in.

Raise walls, carve choke points, and engineer deadly paths that force enemies exactly where you want them.

Craft Game-Breaking Builds

Socket jewels to transform how your weapons behave, then stack powerful relics to push your strategy to its limits.

Chase synergies, experiment with wild combinations, and forge a unique build every run.

Reshape the Arena

Decide how the battlefield expands, which monsters emerge, and what terrain you’ll fight across.

Each choice alters the flow of the run, forcing you to adapt your build, defenses, and strategy.
