About This Playtest

This version is an in-development Alpha 1 build.

It may contain bugs and unfinished or unbalanced elements, but it is intended to give players an early look at the game’s direction and core experience.

Please note that specifications, design, presentation, and balance are subject to change during development.

Graphical and performance optimization is also still in progress, so a certain level of PC hardware may be required to run the game properly.

This Playtest may end without prior notice.

Save data and progress from this Playtest will not carry over to the full release or any future test versions.

Streaming and video uploads are welcome.

Love is a force that transcends life.

Pathedoll26 is a dark fantasy action game centered on the theme of “love transformed by its own intensity.”

The player becomes Amaris, a doll who was given life in place of a human destined to die—and then perished.

Yet, driven by a feeling that continues to burn even after death, she awakens within a graveyard.

“Flame of Love” —
a power born when love reaches its purest form and begins to change.

Amaris gathers this flame, transforms it into butterflies, and manifests them as “Phantoms.”

Is it a prayer?
Or an obsession?

Rejected by the world, love gradually changes its shape.

Pathedoll26 is an action game where you accumulate and unleash the power of love, fighting as a swarm.

“Flame of Love (FOL),” built up during combat, can be converted into butterflies and manifested as Phantoms through prayer.
The player commands them to surround, overwhelm, and break down enemies.

This is not a solitary fight.
You gather love, form a swarm, and dismantle your foes.
That is the core of this game.

As Amaris explores the interconnected graveyard,
she is forced to confront her own existence—and what love ultimately becomes.

Specifically, some character textures and 2D HUD elements were generated using AI tools, and certain background music tracks may include AI-assisted production via Pixabay resources.

All interactive elements, level design, gameplay systems, animations, and story content were created manually by the developer.
