Miksi Early Access?

Offworlder is launching in Early Access because we want to build the game together with the community.

Early Access means we get to bring you into the process early - your feedback will shape the game directly while giving you a solid, playable foundation to dive into from day one.

What you can play right now:

A vast mysterious alien planet with diverse biomes, dynamic weather, and full day-night cycles

Core survival systems: hunger, radiation, oxygen management, and harsh environmental hazards

Crafting, base building, and technology progression

Creature taming and companion system

RPG skill tree with meaningful character growth

Opening story threads, ancient ruins, and strange artifacts to uncover

The game already delivers a complete and enjoyable survival-exploration loop from day one.

What’s planned during Early Access:

New biomes and alien wildlife, advanced automation and more building options, deeper story content, higher-tier tech, end-game challenges, plus continuous polish and quality-of-life improvements — all shaped by your feedback.

We’re committed to regular updates and listening closely to the community as we move toward full release.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

We plan for Offworlder to remain in Early Access for approximately 9-12 months. With this timeline, we are targeting a full release in Summer 2027. This estimate may shift slightly depending on development progress and community feedback, as we are committed to taking the time needed to deliver a polished, high-quality experience.

Early Access is the initial beta phase of the game. The full version is planned to include additional content and improvements shaped by community feedback.

At this stage, the main focus is on expanding, refining, and enhancing the existing systems, with player input playing a key role in guiding development decisions."

Early Access currently includes the opening areas, which are fully playable right now. You can jump in and start surviving. Core systems like building, survival, crafting, combat, and quests are already in place and functional, giving you a solid taste of the game.

The base game price will not increase when we leave Early Access.

This game will never be pay-to-win. We are committed to building features that enhance the experience for all players
