About This Software

Dock Doctor is a utility for Steam Deck and Linux PCs that takes the guesswork out of docked gaming. It diagnoses hardware, flags issues, and provides clear reports, so you can understand and fix display, power, and audio problems with confidence.

• Read and decode EDID from connected displays.

• Detect VRR/mode mismatches.

• Inspect USB-C PD contracts, volt/amp negotiation, and cable capability.
