Miksi Early Access?

We want to create a small but deep and highly replayable game. To achieve this, and also to allow for growth based on community feedback, we decided to launch it in Early Access. This will help us narrow the overall scope based on the game's success and ensure that, if necessary, we can leave it in a completable state that's still enjoyable.

At this point, it's difficult to accurately predict development time for the full vision. While the game's major foundations are in place, every layer still needs to be built and with it a much more complex project. Our vision is for a highly replayable and fun game, with many endings, secrets, mysteries, and a very deep and interesting world. Much of the game's future development will depend on its success as this will allow us to detemine the scope.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

Our plans for the final version of the game would include the whole city of Santa Monica, with its five distinctive districts, each would include new obstacles that would make the game much more dynamic. We are also planing an entirely new area focused on horror elements: the City Mart Backrooms, where players would face new threats and earn unique rewards that could open paths to new potential endings, we are also planing for the final version to include various NPCs with different quests. We also want to add an extensive achievement system and rewards such as skins that can be obtained by completing the various endings that are also planned. Finally, we want to impement a difficulty system so that players can experience the game at their own pace or test strategies and mechanics for the more challenging difficulties. It is worth mentioning that several quality of life improvements are also planned for the final version.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The first Early Access version is version 0.01. This version has the basic mechanics already integrated, and the game can be completed from start to finish with two endings. This version also includes half of the city playable and an NPC with a quest that can be finished with a unique reward.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

We plan to increase the price once the game leaves early access.

Community feedback is essential to us. We want the game to be fun, fair, and challenging, and the community is instrumental in helping us find the perfect balance. We also want our community to play an important role in solving the many mysteries and secrets we have planned. In the future, we plan to have a Discord server and discussion forums on other platforms.
