The game features various religions and burial traditions. The deceased’s family’s wishes regarding burial or cremation must be carried out with precision. Black Market Organ Trade:

Players can sell organs and special items obtained from corpses to NPCs who appear only at night. This dark trade negatively affects the player’s reputation.
