  Fall of the Final Age is a turn-based tactical strategy game with RPG and roguelike elements, in which you control the Stronghold, the last human settlement, in a world crumbling under the onslaught of monsters advancing from the Wildlands. Manage the Stronghold's resources wisely, as the yield is limited for a small settlement. Decide where to focus the efforts of your Heroes, as the number of turns before the monsters invade is limited. Develop the Stronghold, create new Heroes, expand your territory to harvest new resources, and prepare for the inevitable enemy attack. Prove yourself worthy of being the governor of the last Stronghold of humanity!

Gameplay

  The game consists of a global map and battles. On the global map, you manage your Stronghold, building, crafting, scouting, and preparing Heroes for battle. Here, you decide where and when to conduct battles and which Heroes to send. When engaging an enemy, the game switches to the battle map, where the battle unfolds as a turn-based tactical confrontation.

Introduction

  The Wild Lands in the east of the continent have long been inhabited by creatures of terrifying power. The human kingdoms to the west avoided any contact with these territories. But something happened in the East, leading to a mass migration of monsters to the West. Monsters who saw humans only as food. Humanity was unprepared to face such a powerful enemy, and so all known civilization was destroyed in just a few months.

  In one of the last human settlements, an inhuman alchemist, with the support of the governor of these lands, conducted vile experiments to imbue humans with the power and speed of monsters. These experiments became humanity's new hope in the battle against the unstoppable force of the creatures from the Wild Lands.

Features

  Capture, build, and craft to strengthen your Stronghold:

• Destroy enemies who have occupied valuable resource extraction sites. Hold these points to ensure a steady supply of resources.

• Construct new buildings in your settlement to obtain more resources and unlock the ability to craft new items.

• Craft to create new equipment, weapons, and consumables for your Heroes.

  Create, develop, and equip Heroes:

• Create Heroes by entrusting settlement residents to the Mad Alchemist. Adjust the necessary qualities of new recruits using various combinations of mutagens and potions.

• Created Heroes have fixed basic attributes, but their skills develop through the use of relevant actions. Arm a fighter with a sword, and they will soon become a master swordsman; equip them with a bow, and they will learn to shoot without missing. If they survive that long.

• Heroes are endowed with their own talents, each with a greater propensity to develop certain skills. Each fighter also has a set of unique traits: they might be cowards, or, conversely, fly into a frenzy at the sight of blood.

• Each weapon has its own set of skills and is best suited to certain tasks. Arm groups of Heroes so they complement each other in battle.

  Win in turn-based tactical battles:

• Plan your actions and adapt to changes: each character's actions are limited by their Action Points and Energy, and the sequence of their turns is determined by their Initiative stat.

• Enemies, like your Heroes, have their own strengths and weaknesses that you must identify and exploit. Different opponents require different approaches in combat: some are blessed with remarkable strength, some are clad in armor, and still others are incredibly resilient.

• Keep an eye on your characters' Morale. Both Heroes under your control and most enemies have it. A decrease in Morale results in a penalty to most combat stats, and a drop to zero will result in panic and loss of control.

• Surround your enemies and don't let them surround you. Attacking from the flanks or behind can overcome skill imbalances.

  Defend the Stronghold and try to hold out until the final battle:

• The game consists of several stages, during which you must prepare for an assault on the Stronghold at the end of each.

• The game is designed for high difficulty. Defeat in battle is not the end of the game, but defeat in a battle during an invasion of the Stronghold ends the game. Be prepared to lose and be forced to restart until you find the optimal development paths and the most effective combat tactics.
