Rails of Sorrow is a survival management simulation with a deep, narrative focus. In a world brought to ruin by a plague of the undead, your only home is an aging train, your only hope a set of endless steel rails. Lead your small crew of survivors from station to desolate station in a constant race against time, scarcity, and a relentless, ever-approaching horde.

This journey is a war fought on two fronts. Outside, you must brave the ruins to scavenge for fuel, food, and the materials needed to keep your fragile shelter running. Inside, you must battle an even greater enemy: the fragility of the human spirit. Manage your crew's psychological needs, make heartbreaking moral choices in narrative events, and decide what you're willing to sacrifice to see the next sunrise.
