Red Machina is a virtual system created to cater to the darkest desires of players. X, the last player to access it, finds himself in the midst of a plot of corruption, betrayal, and collapse.

The demo features the Hospital map, a glimpse into the narrative experience of RED MACHINA.

Here, your moral and ethical choices shape the fate of the patients and lead to different endings, highlighting the game's dynamic decision-making system.

Amidst the spread of a deadly virus, you must treat the patients of wings A, B, and C, ensuring their care and trying to prevent more deaths — even when resources and medications are not enough for everyone.

Resident Evil 1, Silent Hill, and Cosmology of Kyoto are the main inspirations for the visuals and atmosphere of Red Machina.
