Why Early Access?

“Early Access is a great opportunity to connect with the community, gather feedback, and identify issues before launching the game. As an independent developer, it’s easy to become blind to certain aspects when working on your own project. Having a diverse group of enthusiasts providing feedback is invaluable. It helps gauge the popularity of different features, allowing me to avoid investing time in unwanted elements and focus on what players truly want.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Until I am satisfied with the state of the game !
My target for completion is the end of 2025, but it may take longer depending on how many new ideas emerge from Early Access feedback.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The main gameplay loop is already in place, but the game is still missing a few levels and gameplay modifiers. The final version is planned to feature 24 levels, each offering unique twists on the core gameplay. To add asymmetry and depth, I also plan to introduce selectable perks, allowing each player to specialize their role within the team. Depending on feedback, equippable gear may also be added.

So: new levels, new perks, new gear.
Additional features may be added over time based on player feedback and community interactions.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“At the time of writing (August 2025), slightly more than half of the planned content has been implemented. You can experience the core gameplay loop—fighting fires and rescuing trapped victims—as a four-player local co-op team. Buildings are procedurally generated based on the environments you’ve unlocked. Currently, around 16 environments are playable and unlockable, out of the 24 planned. Player items such as the fire axe, hose, and extinguisher are already available.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price of the game will increase upon release. It's my way of thanking anyone who has helped me by providing feedback and is willing to buy the unfinished game.”
