Running a city is hard. Running a city the size of a petri dish is even harder! Take on the mantle of the PM of Soza, the worlds smallest theocracy, and chat up world spanning deities to lead your people to prosperity! Just be careful... some deities are nicer than others.

The game's story takes place on a futuristic, cyberpunk styled city, so alusions to poor living conditions, exploitation by megacorporations and use of fantasy body augmentations, drugs, etc are a thing. Though the latter are kept very vague.
