Building

Place your buildings strategically to trigger adjacency bonuses and maximize each stat gain.

There are six building types: Residential, Recreational, Educational, Civic, Industrial and Commercial, each with corresponding stats to attract new citizens

Turn-Based Gameplay

In 10 Year City, each turn represents a year of growth. Meet target thresholds to attract new citizens, but be sure you have enough housing to accommodate the rising population!

Inventory

Save building blueprints to your inventory and deploy them in later years when the timing is right.

Merge

Build specific buildings adjacent to each other to merge into unique buildings that give your city additional special bonuses.

Maps

Complete map goals to unlock new layouts and challenges, each offering unique opportunities and constraints.

Sandbox

Test your skills with randomly generated maps or customize difficulty settings to create your own city-building challenge.
