In 2010, 1% of the world's population possesses paranormal abilities. Dr. Scaler, who possesses the power of immortality, engages in brutal human experiments to research paranormal abilities. He does so without hesitation or fear. There's only one thing that scares this man: the never-ending nightmare of dental treatment. Scalar, who is so dedicated to thorough dental care, could never have predicted that this nightmare would become reality.

The game features a simple 2D exploration system, with basic controls limited to movement and investigation (talking). Players control Dr. Scaler, exploring both the real world and the spiritual world to unravel the mysteries that plague his psyche.

▼Multiple Endings

The story has three endings depending on the choices you make.

Dr. Scaler possesses superhuman strength, yet his only weakness is dental work. Every choice he makes leads him on a journey to discover who he is.

Of course, he's not the only one with supernatural abilities. Even his trustworthy dentist likely harbors terrifying powers.

Will his choices save humanity or doom him? Watch as Dr. Scaler and humanity face their own fate.
