Why Early Access?

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We're aiming to release the full version of Moonstrider sometime in spring of 2016.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full release will feature even more content. The full version will have at least eight playable characters, more alien races, items, planet types, and a massive final boss. The story and lore will also be expanded, with logs and information to learn about every item and alien you encounter.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is currently playable and stable, with three playable characters, seven levels, and numerous secrets, with more and more content being added every update.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“There will be launch discounts for both early access and full releases, but there are no plans to change the price during early access or on release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We'd love to hear your feedback and ideas! Several items, tweaks, and enemy types suggested from players at conventions have made it into the game. If you have an awesome idea or useful feedback please send us a message on the Steam forums and we'll happily discuss or maybe even implement it. We'll also periodically do live-streams showing off the development process.”
