“This game is incomplete, but has become the sorta dream western game. What started as a simple 2D runner with an old west style is gradually becoming the ultimate old west sandbox platformer. What you currently see on the surface is a retro style side scroller, but the highly moddable game beneath is capable of near infinite possibilities including a realistic thirdperson action adventure game set in a biome-based shapable continent known as American frontier. The game will include both the original retro style with its gameplay as well as a realistic style amongst others based on the singleplayer story and multiplayer/mod requirements. Not all of the systems are complete or ready for public use, but gradually more and more features will be trickled out, starting with the level editor as well as both local and online multiplayer. The singleplayer is currently episodic in that we only made 2 chapters initially with a third mostly ready but in the works, so the plan is to regularly release new chapters, modes, and other content as it becomes ready. There will also be various beta branches available to try upcoming changes.”
