In Flipper on Recoil, you are a fish with legs, a shotgun, and zero respect for the laws of physics. Forget about normal platforming: here, everything runs on recoil. Your mission is simple: survive chaotic environments and find the exit.

No straight corridors here. Each level is a bite-sized open world packed with verticality and secrets. We won't tell you where to go because, honestly, you make the path yourself. You’ll have to explore every corner, climb to the highest peaks, and attempt risky routes to figure out where the goal to the next stage is hiding.

Shotgun Navigation

The jump button is just the beginning. Forget running: here, you move by pulling the trigger. The logic is simple: shoot backward to fly forward. Want to go up? Shoot the ground. Want to brake mid-air? Shoot in front of you. By combining your jump with the recoil of your weapon, you can scale giant structures, cross abysses, and move with absurd freedom. Your ammo is your engine.

Explore, Get Lost, Find the Exit

The levels are sandboxes designed for investigation. The exit is never in plain sight, and getting there is a puzzle in itself. You’ll have to look up, down, and around every corner. Reflexes aren’t enough here; you need curiosity. Sometimes the right path starts by jumping into the void where there seems to be nothing at all.

Physics-Breaking Power-ups

Moving on recoil alone is fine, but you'll also find power-ups that change the rules of the game. From instant reloads that let you climb infinite walls with rapid-fire shots, to modifiers that alter gravity or your firepower. These are the tools you need to turn a dead end into your own personal aerial highway.

Straightforward Progression, No Nonsense

No world maps, no central hubs, no distractions. This is a classic adventure: you spawn in an unknown place, you figure out how to beat it, and when you cross the exit, a completely new environment awaits. No timers, no pressure—take the time you need to master the chaos and advance to the next challenge.
