Thank you for reviewing my game submission. I would like to clarify and provide proof regarding the assets, copyrights, and originality of my project Jurassic Zoo: Dinosaur Hunting.

3D Models & Assets

All dinosaur and human models used in my game were legally purchased from marketplaces (examples attached: Pterosaur, Dimetrodon, Dilophosaurus, Jurassic Carnivore Collection, Tyrannosaurus Rex, etc.).

Game Logo & Branding

The logo featuring a roaring dinosaur silhouette was custom-made by my Fiverr 3D artist. The dinosaur depicted is a Spinosaurus, not directly referencing copyrighted Jurassic Park/World assets.

The font used is a free font that is not affiliated with or copyrighted by the Jurassic Park franchise.

Use of the Word “Jurassic”

The standalone word “Jurassic” refers to the geologic time period and is not copyrighted or trademarked.

Only full phrases like “Jurassic Park” or “Jurassic World” are registered trademarks. My game title “Jurassic Zoo: Dinosaur Hunting” does not infringe on these.
