Cancer Crusher USA puts you behind the wheels of the CANCER CRUSHER on a high-stakes mission across the country. Take control of Pete, a dedicated worker for California Cancer Crusher, who refuses to sit back as cancerous tumors spread across America’s roads and countryside. When Pete sees the crisis unfolding, he can’t stay home - he has to do something, even if it means breaking the rules.

Armed with his one-of-a-kind Cancer Crusher truck, Pete sets off from California on a cross-country journey to wipe out tumors and uncover the mystery behind the nationwide outbreak. Smash through cancerous growths to increase your boost power, and rack up combo bonuses by drifting through chains of tumors without missing a beat.
