They Will Come is an adventure puzzle game with bone-chilling elements. Avoid detection as Benjamin, a young boy who lives with his family of inventors aboard an enormous steampunk airship, where hundreds, maybe thousands of powerful robots are being manufactured. Solve environmental puzzles with the help of small automatons named Embots, collect items, and activate your own powerful robot, Talus, to destroy the invaders who have come into your home.

• Immersive, lore-rich story in a tense mechanical environment. Uncover the mysteries of the gigantic airship and of the alternate path of history which brought us to this very different version of 1897.

• Explore the enormous Endeavor airship, hiding from the wretched human invaders and giant automatons until the perfect moment comes to take them down.

• Tense atmosphere of danger and helplessness as you navigate a young boy through a nightmarish and hostile environment. Fates are gruesome and prospects are grim.

• Mixture of action, exploration, puzzle, and stealth mechanics keeps gameplay fresh from start to finish. Hide out of sight as enemies pass. Gather weapons and ammunition, or clues for how to traverse your environment. Carefully aim and shoot to hit weak spots or overcome obstacles. Power up and use the giant robot Talus to destroy your enemies and the environment.

• Benjamin and Talus have nobody but each other to rely on; search around the eerie hangers of the airship for charged Embots to help power up your giant companion to destroy your enemies, or hide inside of him when danger comes too close.

SMALL BUT SCRAPPY

You’re a rat in a maze. You are small and helpless; the wretched ones wearing crow-masks stalk the halls, and enormous automatons tower overhead. Your family has already been captured, your mother and your sister, and the wretched ones have made it clear that if you don’t surrender, people are going to start to die. Your hands are empty except for your slingshot. There is no choice but to sneak from shadow to shadow, carefully choosing your moments to emerge and grab items or move between catwalks. If you are seen, you must run. If you are cornered, you must fight. If you are taken, all is lost.

FROM SMALL TO LARGE

Automatons both small and large are your only companions, your only safety, and your greatest weapons. Talus' hollow chest offers a place to hide from danger, and his mighty arms crush your enemies when he is charged enough to move. But you are the only one who can refill his energy-cells and make sure his powerful technology doesn’t fall into the wrong hands. Free the small Embots and create a miniature army of robots to help you on your journey stunning enemies and turning on machinery. The automatons and you will have to rely on each other in order to survive the Endeavor’s hostile hallways and hangers.
