Frontline Logistics: Isarian Warfare is a tactical survival and outpost simulation management game driven by various unexpected events on the battlefield.

The main inspirations come from Neo Scavenger, Gates of Hell, RimWorld. The story background is inspired by pivotal conflicts in modern history.

You will take on the role of the only surviving officer in the company after an enemy airstrike, taking up the responsibility in a crisis, gathering the remnants, and leading the troops through battle after battle to break through the dilemma, gradually growing into an elite force.

Gameplay Design

It’s more important to play a bad hand well than to be dealt a good one.

Through the high-altitude drone combat command platform, you cannot participate in combat personally, but you can observe the real-time situation on the battlefield and quickly update your combat deployments via the drone’s camera. However, there is still a time gap and human factors in the issuing and execution of orders. Sometimes, you must anticipate in advance or radically shift your approach. But plans never keep up with changes — perhaps you should be prepared for your operations to be disrupted.

Frontline Logistics: Isarian Warfare is dedicated to expressing aspects rarely touched upon by other war games:

• Detailed classification of logistics work.

  Machine gun ammo belts must be assembled from loose rounds in the ammo workshop before they can be used by gunners; ingredients are cooked into hot meals in the field kitchen; the severely wounded undergo emergency surgery before being transported to the rear for treatment; fallen comrades are recovered, prepared, and sent back.

  

• Customizable armament.

  In war, the only constant is “change”, and that applies to machines too. Not every piece of armament can function like it came out of the factory. When there are no suitable replacement parts, or when you have two tanks each with different damages, “working” is the only requirement — if it can be fixed, it must not be scrapped! In addition, you can also modify your armament to add new functions to suit different battlefield environments.

• Soldiers who obey orders but retain individuality.

  Your soldiers execute combat orders strictly, but may also pick up loot amid the hail of bullets. Besides ammunition, their backpacks may also carry “junk” they can’t bear to discard — if deployed near a river, they might even bring back a big fish for the mess hall in the evening.

• Balanced nutrition, properly rationed.

  Frontline Logistics: Isarian Warfare strongly encourages players to enhance the frontline living conditions of their troops in every possible way — and rations are a key part of that. In the game, you can recreate real-world rationing systems used across various theaters of war: rear-echelon logistics personnel receive standard provisions, while frontline combat units are kept well-fed and ready for action.

  If managing such details isn't your style, this aspect won’t penalize you or block your progress in combat operations. However, better-fed soldiers will fight more effectively and exhibit greater resistance to injuries and illness.

  *Plenty of protein makes soldiers stronger, vitamins help them fight off infections, a small snack adds a touch of dignity to dinner, and a drink can make even the blandest meal easier to swallow.

• Battlefield rescue — time is life.

  Frontline Logistics: Isarian Warfare provides a detailed and smooth battlefield rescue experience. From emergency treatment on the field to the transfer of the wounded, to surgery at the aid point and medical evacuation — you need to quickly judge based on the situation: whether to risk using helicopters to evacuate from the combat zone, or play it safe and use armored vehicles for transport. Having the medical team accompany can also buy more time for the wounded. Although survival ultimately depends on fate, rest assured — Frontline Logistics: Isarian Warfare will not let your efforts go to waste.

• Game events with unique perspectives.

  Receive frontline journalists for interviews. As long as their safety is ensured, the closer they are to the front, the more valuable footage they can get — and the greater the rewards you’ll receive.

Frontline Logistics: Isarian Warfare is a game that tells a war story unique to you.

Every action of each soldier under your command will be recorded. Even those who die heroically will be remembered by history. You can set a time range, and the system will automatically collect the combat records of troops during that period and compile them into a battle report, restoring your command orders through text. You can personally name each operation — yes, you are also a part of history.

Visual Design

In addition to gameplay design, Frontline Logistics: Isarian Warfare has gone to great lengths to enhance immersion through its visual design.

• Unit Icons

  The game's unit icons are based on real-world NATO military symbols. When a unit's equipment changes, the icon automatically updates to reflect its current configuration, accurately representing real-world military notation. You can freely customize different unit types to your liking.

  (Example: When a recon squad boards a pickup truck, its unit icon will change to that of a motorized recon squad.)

  

• Destructible Structures

  In Frontline Logistics: Isarian Warfare, buildings are composed of modular rooms that react dynamically to player actions. This means destruction is never the same—no two buildings will (probably...) collapse in exactly the same way.

You will experience

• Establish frontline outposts to store supplies and manpower arriving from the rear.

• Scavenge materials in the ruins of abandoned towns, and transform existing buildings into various military and logistics facilities.

• Assign soldiers to logistics positions, adjust work priorities and shifts, and automate the operation of the frontline outposts.

• Form various combat teams to construct your own combat system.

• Take building clusters as tactical points, relying on solid building cover to engage in tug-of-war battles with the enemy.

• Arrange logistics and transportation to ensure sufficient supplies to frontline positions.

• Evacuate the wounded — the faster they receive treatment, the more likely they are to survive.

• Call for off-field artillery or airstrike support to lay the foundation for infantry assaults.

• Clean the battlefield and collect spoils; recover the bodies of comrades — we leave no one behind!

• Recover enemy armament— you may choose to repair and reuse it.

• Take over special locations in the city (hospitals, factories, etc.) to enhance your logistics base with existing equipment.

• Adjust food rations to quickly restore morale after large battles.

• Gather ingredients locally and grow vegetables on wasteland to ensure balanced nutrition for your soldiers.

• Dig trenches and stockpile supplies to prepare for enemy counterattacks.

• Maintain your armament to ensure it won't fail in the next battle.

• Unlock new military policies and weapons to enhance your troops' combat capabilities.

• Explore new areas, push the frontlines, and face stronger enemies!
