This game is not like any other retail sim. In Ripperdoc Simulator, you are the surgeon of the shadows — a black-market specialist who installs cybernetic body mods in the darkest corners of a sprawling cyberpunk megalopolis. By day, you run a dingy electronics shop in a crime-ridden district, trading in junk tech and refurbished gear. By night, you perform illegal implantations on desperate clients seeking power, beauty, or survival — no matter the cost.
