You play as Secret Agent Mike Rogers, assigned to track down and capture the fugitive terrorists known only as the Velvet Twins. Originally appearing as a boss in Dragon Climax, Mike now takes center stage. He can take down enemies with his bare hands, but when things get serious, he'll grab whatever weapons are available — from pistols and swords to baseball bats and even a submachine gun.
