Congklak Project : Mission Mancala is a strategy deckbuilding roguelike built around Mancala—one of the world’s oldest board games—reimagined as a run-based system where every choice shapes your next battle, your next upgrade, and your next clue.

But this is not only about winning. Each run is framed by a growing set of mysterious questions—what is happening, why it is happening, and who (or what) is behind it all. The deeper you progress, the more the game invites you to doubt what you know, reinterpret what you’ve seen, and keep playing for answers.

Play Mancala Like a Buildcraft Combat System

Every encounter is a tactical board duel: you sow, capture, deny, and set traps—planning several turns ahead while adapting to new conditions. Between fights, you “build your deck” through permanent run choices: upgrades that alter your options, bend rules, and unlock different strategic identities.

Some runs become precise control games. Others become explosive combo engines. The board is familiar—until it isn’t.

A Mystery You Uncover, Not Just Read

The story unfolds through atmosphere, fragments, and discoveries earned through progress. You won’t be handed a clean explanation upfront—your job is to notice patterns, connect clues, and decide what you believe is real.
