Dino Domino is a pixel-art puzzle game mixing pseudo-programming with turn-based battles.

Gameplay Overview

At first glance it’s a simple turn-based tactics game: guide a tiny dinosaur to defeat enemy dinos. Yet the world is lethal—razor claws, fireballs, and traps all threaten instant death.

But Dino Chess is far deeper. You can literally open the game’s backend and edit modular code that governs unit behavior and the rules themselves!

• Examples,Want the enemy’s claw attack? Drag its [Claw] command onto your [Spacebar]. Press Space and—slash!—you now claw too.

• Enemy camping in place? Feed it your own [Move] command and watch it march itself into a pit.

No coding background needed—just drag and swap modules to bend the rules. Includes a helpful hint system to guide your programming journey!

• Feeling wild? Change [On Fireball Hit] from [Die] to [Heal]. Getting blasted now restores HP instead of ending you!

Make fireballs heal instead of harm make enemies self-destruct or trigger absurd chain reactions!
