Hear The Bell Toll is a roguelike city‑building game focused on short satisfying runs.

Buy buildings from an Auto Chess‑style reroll‑able shop

Place buildings on the grid strategically to maximize profits

Manage class synergies, status effects like crime and sickness, and use game‑changing Banners to your advantage!

Collect tribute via a multiplicative (Population × Tax) formula to meet requirements and proceed to the next year

Be careful, calamities occur every three years, and you must survive 25 years to win!

In this Demo you'll discover:

  • 30 buildings across 8 classes to build your city and get synergies

  • 50 unique game-changing modifiers in the form of Banners

  • 3 Status Effects (Crime, Sickness, Unrest) to manage and 15 Calamities to survive

  • 3 Biomes and 3 Difficulty levels to challenge yourself

  • Hand drawn art-style and custom soundtrack in a Victorian Gothic setting
