'Shujaa' is the Swahili word for hero.  

You play as an unnamed hero — an upright man, who decides to take down a dictator using dark voodoo to create a supernatural army to suppress the population and isolate the country. 

The gameplay is inspired by old school shooters. Its fast paced and unforgiving.

Features

• Old school arsenal.

  Scattered across the level and sometimes in secret areas, you'll find weapons like shotguns, a bolt-action rifle, a rocket launcher, and even a minigun. Run out of ammo ? Well, it's machete time !

• Diverse enemy roster.

  Several enemy types. Some human, others supernatural. Although they use different types of attacks, they all have the same goal — to kill you!

• Atmospheric levels.

  Interesting levels some loosely inspired by real-life locations with secrets, ambushes, and environmental hazards. Find keys and switches to open doors and progress through the level.

The capsule art was partially generated using AI based on original character model renders and hand drawn references. They were then modified in Blender and finalized in Gimp.
