What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We would love to receive feedback from the community.
We want to know what players think about the ideas implemented so far and what they would like to see in the future. We are very excited about the idea of players being able to try it out well before launch and be part of the development process.
We value opinions that help us make the best decisions for the project.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Although there is no exact release date yet, the idea is for the game to be ready for the Day of the Dead festivities in 2026.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The early access version currently includes the initial hospital level, with basic gameplay mechanics, simple enemies, and the minimum elements necessary to progress and discover part of the story.

For the full release, we plan to expand the game with additional hospital levels, new enemy types, boss encounters, cutscenes, deeper narrative development, and a more refined horror atmosphere.
We also plan to fix bugs, improve performance, implement tutorials, and enhance the overall polish of the game, based on player feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Currently, the early access version allows you to play through the first level of the hospital, featuring basic combat against simple enemies and some narrative elements.
We are still working on polishing this section even further, adding more sounds, explorable objects, events, and a general improvement to the atmosphere.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No, the idea is for the game to be free.
We don't intend to sell it, as our goal is for more players to be able to enjoy it.
If the game is well received, we would love to expand the franchise to more extensive titles, which would have a cost, or take this game beyond a single scenario.
But that would be the only circumstance in which the game would have a price; otherwise, it will always remain free.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We want to hear the community's opinion on how fun the current game loop is.
We are particularly interested in hearing your thoughts on the game's art style and story: what you like, what you're not convinced about, and what ideas you'd like to see explored further.

Feedback will be collected through the Steam community forums and other official channels that we will make available to players, such as our social media and Discord.
This information will help us make decisions about development, including game balance, art direction, narrative content, and quality-of-life improvements. Community participation will be key as we continue to shape and polish the game during Early Access.”
