Miksi Early Access?

We’re choosing Early Access to gather feedback and better understand how players interact with the systems and mechanics of Pixel Way. Early Access gives us the opportunity to refine the game based on real player experiences and to evolve it naturally over time.

Pixel Way: Prologue is a small, experimental indie project. By releasing it early, we hope to build a more engaging and enjoyable game with help from the community — without making fixed promises about specific features or timelines.

We aim to expand Pixel Way: Prologue over time with additional content, balance improvements, and refinements to mechanics and visuals. Our current direction includes exploring new areas, adding more enemies, and polishing the overall experience — based on how players respond to the game.

We’re treating this as an evolving project. Feedback from the community will help us decide which elements to focus on and how to shape the game's future. While we have ideas for future improvements, everything will depend on how development progresses.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

At its current stage, the Early Access version of Pixel Way: Prologue includes the core gameplay loop, turn-based combat mechanics, a progression system, and a portion of the game’s content. Several areas, enemy types, starter gear, and interactive world elements are already available.

While the game is still in active development, it offers a solid introduction to the key systems and allows for a complete gameplay experience. We are continuously working to expand the content, refine balance, and explore additional features based on player input.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

The price is not planned to change when the game leaves Early Access.

Miten yhteisö otetaan mukaan kehitysprosessiin?

We plan to actively involve players in development through feedback, discussions, and suggestions. A Steam Community hub will be available where anyone can leave comments, report bugs, or share ideas for improvement. We’ll also post regular updates, run polls, and maintain open communication through social media and our Discord server.

Player feedback is very important to us — it’s this collaboration that will help make Pixel Way: Prologue better, deeper, and more engaging.
