While treating a patient, you must always keep an eye on the clock and the next appointment. For example, you must finish treating your 8:00 AM patient before your 12:00 PM patient arrives. Otherwise, the next client won't show up, and your task for the day will fail. Therefore, scheduling appointments and their intervals is entirely up to your strategy.
