What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We're launching as an Early Access title to start a dialogue with our players. Zombie Hunter, Inc. is a unique concept in its own way -- and we believe that in order to realize its full potential, we should have a constant communication with players.

We want the player community to help shape Zombie Hunter, Inc. -- especially the "Campaign" mode, which is still early in development. Early Access will be your chance to experience and make a difference in Zombie Hunter, Inc. as it grows throughout the development.

After Early Access launch, our team will continue to add features and content into Zombie Hunter, Inc. -- and we might make significant changes to gameplay and core functionality of the game. However, there is one thing we can promise: The player community will always be the heart and soul behind our development.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We are set on making every aspect of Zombie Hunter, Inc. as polished as possible. We will not rush content and features unless we are sure they are in the best shape possible. This is why we estimate that we need at least two more years to add all the features and content planned for the game.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version of Zombie Hunter, Inc. will include a complete "Campaign" mode with a deep story as well as fun and engaging combat. We envision the "Campaign" mode as an immersive experience where players assume a role of a zombie hunter for hire, roam large areas in post-apocalyptic Washington DC, save survivors in atmospheric hand-crafted missions, make tough choices on various occasion, which will shape their future progress in a unique way and, ultimately, solve a mystery of a strange distress call, coming from the sieged White House.

The "Campaign" mode in the full version of Zombie Hunter, Inc. will include co-op multiplayer support to allow you to experience the story of the game together with friends. The multiplayer will be completely flexible, allowing you to invite friends into your game at any moment, while still being able to play it solo the rest of the time if you choose.

For the "Survival" mode, we plan to add thorough statistics that will record your entire progress. We will also have special badges and rewards for finishing unique challenges in this mode. Moreover, we plan to introduce even more "modes" into the game as we go. All with unique gameplay rules and mechanics all the while maintaining the level of quality and challenge of the original "Survival" mode.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Right now the game has a large outdoor level filled with zombies and bandits as well as a series of apartments, where the main hero lives.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to gradually raise the price of Zombie Hunter, Inc. as we ship new content and features.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We are very welcome to suggestions and are willing to listen to each and every player. As we already mentioned, one of the most important reasons to release Zombie Hunter, Inc. as an Early Access title is for us to establish a communication with our players and continue development based on their ongoing feedback and requests.”
