«Ashen Destiny already features a fully playable and stable core game loop. Players can invade enemy provinces, conquer and defend their own territories, and expand their empire across the map. The systems for acquiring and managing generals are in place, allowing players to assign unit types and build custom armies within each province.

Resource management is a key pillar of the gameplay. Players can improve individual provinces, move generals and supplies between controlled regions, and strategically allocate resources to strengthen their position. A working Trade system is available through a traveling merchant, where players can purchase supplies or sell valuable items they've discovered through mining operations.

Additionally, players have the option to delegate province control to AI, reducing micromanagement and letting them focus on larger-scale strategies.
