Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect to remain in Early Access for approximately 6 to 12 months, depending on the scope of community feedback and feature expansion. The goal is to deliver regular updates and iterate toward a polished, content-rich 1.0 release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will build upon the solid foundation already in place. Planned additions include:

Team-based arena battles and larger-scale tournaments

Mod support for custom gladiators, traits, and events

Expanded roster of skills, traits, and training options

Late-game prestige systems and legendary arena events

Additional markets and recruiting systems (e.g. rival schools, dynamic dungeons)

More dynamic crowd influence, economy, and reputation mechanics

We will also polish UI/UX, add more animations, and optimize performance throughout development.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Gladiator Command is fully playable and content-complete for its initial loop. Players can:

Recruit, train, and manage a full team of gladiators

Watch real-time battles with unique stats and equipment

Strategize based on morale, traits, energy, and risk of injury

Progress through a dynamic arena calendar and permanent death system

Earn gold and prestige, and build up their ludus over time

While core systems are stable and fun, we are actively improving content variety, balance, and game pacing with community input.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. We plan to gradually increase the price as new content and features are added. Early supporters will receive all future updates at no extra cost.”
