“The game is available in Early Access to actively involve the community in the development process, allowing player feedback to shape and improve the experience. This approach helps identify areas that require refinement and prioritize features based on user reception.

As the sole developer and artist behind the project, I am committed to continuing the game's development by addressing bugs, implementing improvements, and gradually adding new features. Early Access is a crucial phase to ensure the final product is robust and meets player expectations.

Currently, the game offers a solid foundation but remains a work in progress. Player involvement during this phase is essential for the ongoing enhancement of the project.”

“We’re planning to expand the game with additional dialogues, new combat systems, and improved interactions with items and NPCs. Alongside these enhancements, there are ideas to introduce two extra endings that complement the existing routes — including good, bad, and neutral paths — aiming for a total of five endings, with two special ones.
Please note that these features are in development and subject to change as the game evolves.”

INSIGHT ROOM is a 2D narrative adventure with a strong psychological focus, where the player takes control of Josh, a lonely boy trapped in a world that blends dreams, memories, and distortions of his own mind. The story unfolds as Josh explores symbolic environments that represent repressed emotions, childhood traumas, and forgotten fragments of his identity. The game invites the player to interpret the settings, objects, and sounds as part of a subjective and emotional narrative, also incorporating some turn-based combat elements.

With an estimated playtime of 40 to 60 minutes, INSIGHT ROOM offers a short yet intense experience centered on atmospheric exploration, metaphorical puzzle solving, and sensory discovery. Progression happens organically as Josh navigates unstable corridors and rooms filled with hidden meaning. The original soundtrack, minimalistic and melancholic, accompanies each moment with emotional precision, reinforcing the introspective tone of the journey.
