What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“There are a lot of ideas that are planned to be included within the full release. Also the current stages may still contain bugs that need to be fixed while working on new ideas.

Any feedback given towards the game, whether it's balancing, bugs, etc. Will be addressed, given the scope of the feedback, and I will begin making changes that I think should be made as well as fixing any issues players face as soon as possible (To reduce the amount of patch updates made to Steam, I'll group as many fixes within the same update). ”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The game should roughly stay in early access for another 1 - 2 months before full release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“I do plan to complete this game and eventually take out of Early Access. For the full release I plan to add more content in the form of stages and conveyor items.
Anything else, such as the general gameplay loop, is planned to stay the same (unless feedback says otherwise, of which small changes may be made).”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The state of the game is in version 0.7, contains 4 stages and a lot of items for the player to use and interact with. There are a lot of tools used for customisability either with the level modifiers or through changing certain conveyor attributes to better suit a situation.

The overall gameplay loop of the game has been completed and there are no plans on changing it.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, the game will most likely increase in price as there will be more content introduced. However, there may be a free demo that will contain only one stage and all or most items.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“While the workshop is not going to be included with this game. The community will be able to send their feedback either through Steam (reviews, community messages, etc) or by sending a message to my support email (this should be visible on the store page).”

About This Game

The Game

The game is about building and using a multitude of conveyors, on a grid, to make sure you can create the most optimal and organised route for different coloured physics boxes to travel on. The aim of the game is to transport these boxes to their respective coloured delivery chutes before the end of the day or you will fail and must restart.

The puzzle aspect of the game is from building conveyors. You only get a limited amount of destruction tokens. So you must plan ahead or else things will end terribly. Also as the game progresses, new box spawn pipes will appear, forcing you to construct new routes to the delivery chutes.

The daily box quota will always increase depending on how many boxes you deliver within the day plus a little extra making it exponential. Always pushing the player to deliver more and more, which makes sense considering the new box spawn pipes that will always appear.

-----------------------------------------

Failing is Guaranteed

Don't be upset at failing on a level after a long streak of days and a high-score. The point of the game is to get the highest score you can while making sure you place conveyors in the correct spots.

-----------------------------------------

Resource Management

You will earn money depending on how many boxes you deliver per collection. There are at least 4 each day. Money is useful to know which conveyors you can build and how complex you can make things. Although you may get a lot of it, once you place a conveyor down, you will not get it back.

Destruction tokens are gifted to the player if they complete a day. They will gain an extra one if they deliver an extra 50 boxes over the daily quota. They should only be used if necessary.

An extra tip is space, eventually you will run out of space. This technically makes it a resource, the most important resource of all. Plan ahead.

-----------------------------------------

Modifiers

The game has a lot of modifiers the player can utilize to mix up the gameplay, these include:

  • A difficulty slider for the daily quota, can make things easier or more difficult.

  • Box size! You can make the boxes larger, smaller or completely random!

  • Double the box spawn pipes! Instead of one appearing, there will be two.

  • x2 day time! Rather than 2 minutes per day, you now have 1.

  • x2 box spawn speed! More boxes!

  • Box models! You can customise the way the boxes look from other levels. Or make it random.

These modifiers are important as they can help with replicability! While also allowing the player to set themselves a challenge.

-----------------------------------------

Themes & Levels

There are multiple stages, each one has it's own theme and at least 6 levels. Each stage will contain it's own gimmick to keep gameplay feeling fresh as the player figures out and understands how to adapt to the changes each stage will contain. The changes aren't too drastic, it will only change one core aspect of the game and never overcomplicates things.

-----------------------------------------

Music

The game contains dynamic music, each level has it's own soundtrack. Each one designed to make the player feel panicked in a way, especially when it speeds up if the player is in trouble! Each track is designed to also fit with the theme of the level too as well as have something entertaining to listen to while the player panics over what conveyor to place and where.
