The Last Train | 最後の列車 is an atmospheric first-person psychological horror set in the depths of the Japanese subway. You play as a train operator returning to work after a tragedy. Each night shift grows more disturbing as reality begins to distort.

Follow the schedule, operate the train, respond to signals, and drop off passengers. But with every stop, the tension builds. Empty stations, silent tunnels, and the sense of something behind you turn routine into a nightmare.

You can’t escape. You can only keep moving forward—until it’s time to pay for the past.
