“We believe 'My Name Is Vincent Pogo' is the kind of game that will succeed with more community input than with less. Because the pogo stick is fully physics-driven, player feedback is invaluable in fine-tuning the feel, balance, and challenge of the game.

By releasing in Early Access, we can listen to what works (and what doesn’t), and ensure that the final version is both challenging and rewarding for as many people as possible. It gives us the chance to share a fun, playable core experience sooner than later without much care for the story.

We are a team of 3 developers. Funding our development by getting our game in Early Access gives us the ability to add in more features and polish the game to a higher standard for release. ”

“A year at most but we will put in as much time as there needs to be in order to consider the game feature complete for release.”

“The game consists of 5 main areas that the player can explore. We would be aiming to have a majority of that content complete, however we would use the early access time to ensure that we could polish polish the game to a high standard. Any additional features we would add would include localization, achievements, cloud saves, multiplayer, and possibly looking into releasing it outside of Steam on other platforms.
There will be no DLC.”

“We are nearing completion of the 2 of the 5 areas but have progress on the remaining 3. We would be in a good place to release into Early Access in 2026.”

“Yes, we would have both an early access price that would reflect the unfinished state of the game, and a final released cost that will not change after release.”

The King is Calling! 

Play as Vincent Pogo, a world-famous performer who embarks on a journey back to the Royal Kingdom using his trusty pogo stick as his main form of traversal.

In My Name Is Vincent Pogo, you’ll bounce, balance, and flip your way through a magical land filled with danger. Traverse towering cliffs, leap across vast chasms, and uncover ancient technologies that propel you to new areas.

Every Jump Counts

Vincent is fully physics-driven. Tilt, lean, and bounce your pogo stick off of any surface - time your jumps to increase your bounce height or keep a low bounce to make more controlled jumps. Every angle and every landing is in your hands, demanding precision and rewarding creativity in how you traverse the landscape. One slip, and you’ll come crashing down!

Choose Your Path Carefully

The path you choose can make or break your run in each area. Explore and use your creativity to trudge on through the world of Vincent Pogo. The world opens up as you unlock valuable checkpoints, save your journey and revisit locations. Choose your path carefully!

A Handcrafted World to Explore

Discover a vibrant, hand-drawn world full of secrets, hazards, and machines. From rolling meadows, to towering cliffs, each region offers new challenges and new ways to master your pogo stick. Search for portals that open the path to new locations as you make your way towards the Kingdom.

Challenge and Mastery

Every fall teaches you something new. Success comes not from luck, but from learning the rhythm of the pogo stick. Practice your skills and push yourself a little bit further each time.
