“Monster Tavern is a passion project that I've worked on for about a year now as a solo developer and think is a lot of fun! That said card games need players to play them so that I can better balance the game and see what kinds of features people want expanded on. I want to keep adding content that the community drives”

About This Game

Monster Tavern is a strategic deckbuilding game where you step behind the bar of a rowdy monster hangout, serving creatures who have spent their days harassing heroes and wreaking havoc. When night falls, goblins, ogres, slimes, undead, and other misbehaving monsters crowd into the tavern looking to drink, gripe, and unwind. Your task is to manage the chaos through smart card play, keeping patrons satisfied and holding the bar together as you survive each increasingly unruly night.

Each night is a turn-based puzzle, where every card you play shapes the shift. Serve drinks, use utilities, and deploy distractions to manage monsters and prevent chaos. Between nights, unlock new drinks, powerful trinkets, and refine your deck to face the next challenge.

Replayability is at the heart of Monster Tavern. Overcome three unique taverns, each filled with its own patrons. Experiment with three completely distinct decks, each offering a unique playstyle and strategic approach. Along the way, unlock new starter trinkets that change the way you tackle each run, making every playthrough a fresh, unpredictable experience.
