• Assign jobs to your farmhands: Let them handle basic tasks around the farm like watering, harvesting, building, mining, chopping, and caring for livestock!

• Ensure you have the cash to pay your farmhands’ daily salaries, or their happiness will fall, and they may quit the farm

• Challenge your team members with new tasks! This will develop their skillsets over time

• Approve or decline their day-off and raise requests – Will you risk their happiness to save on productivity and salary costs?
