Between Two Lights is a hardcore adventure shooter set in an alternate version of 2030. The country is falling apart — a wave of murders and mysterious disappearances has become a daily routine for civilians.

You play as a state security agent working undercover as a detective. Your mission is to investigate SEC — an organization allegedly involved in trafficking organs and military tech on the black market. Officially, SEC is nothing more than a scientific research institute.

Upon arrival, things go south. The agent becomes host to a unique biomodification known as INOY-9X, granting him regenerative abilities and the power to weaponize his own Energy.

Now, he must uncover the truth behind SEC and its role in the country’s collapse. As the situation escalates, he realizes he’s just a tool in someone else's game. But not anymore — this time, it’s personal.

Energy is more than just a resource — it’s your shield, your damage, your path to survival. Use it to activate abilities, recover health, and even fuel certain types of advanced weaponry.

Step into Rifts — space-warping anomalies — to instantly restore all core attributes. But be warned: if your Energy hits zero, you’ll be left completely vulnerable. 

Unique bosses with multiple paths to victory.

Each boss features distinct behavior patterns, multiple phases, and custom mechanics. Battles can often be resolved in more than one way — through direct damage or by manipulating the environment to your advantage.

Smart positioning and tactical awareness can lead bosses to inflict heavy damage on themselves by triggering traps or destroying critical structures.

Every encounter demands observation, adaptability, and skill. Expect anything from a quick skirmish to a drawn-out fight lasting hours — the outcome depends entirely on your approach.
