About This Software

Hello! This is our newest and latest experiment: A non-linear sequencer with isometric view. It looks like an RTS game where you can make music with it. Interesting isn't it?

Your main way of adding entities to the map is the colorful keyboard/piano in the middle part of the bottom of the screen:

This is a full piano octave, each color represent the different notes. In order to create a note a press & drag is needed. Release the button where you want the note to be placed.

Look how the blue note (the first note we placed) have a liquid seed like shape over it, that's where the music begins. A column with a seed over it are called Launcher nodes. You can have as many as launcher nodes as you want. More about this later...

The nodes we created are not connected with each other, this means that the blue node will play a C note and that's all your song so far. Let's connect them!

Press the link tool and drag from the blue node to the green node!

After you connect them, they will loke like this:

This mini tune will play a C (blue) note, and after some time a D (green) note. The time between each note is relative to the distance.

You can create as many notes and connections as you want. Select multiple notes with the "SELECT" tool, and move them one by one or in group with the "MOVE" tool. Copy and paste is also something you can do!

The "TWEAK" tool allows you to move notes around, changing the global shape of the network without losing the relative distance between each other. They will adjust themselves allowing you to re arrange the notes without modifying how the song sounds.

Chords can also be a thing! Simply put several nodes really close together!

-----

Those are the basics!

You can change of course the sound of each node by pressing this button:

You have a lot of different instruments to choose from!

In the full version you'll be able to import your own samples or record stuff directly from your microphone!

You can change the octave of the instruments here:

The tempo of your song can be tweaked by dragging up/down. Or directly tapping at the rhythm!

Appart from notes, you can place effects and set/unset if a note is a launcher or not by selecting an effect from this selector wheel!

This is the full family so far! Volume effect, on switch, off switch, normal temperature pass/no pass, freezed temperature pass/no pass.

Feel free to experiment with those effect nodes!

We created a lot of demo for you to learn an listen, press here to play them!

Have fun!
Any feedback is appreciated!
