BLOK is a first-person psychological horror game set in a Polish neighbourhood in the 1990s.

Years after fleeing the country for political reasons, you return to your old apartment block,  brought back by a strange letter from your mother. The neighborhood seems to be the same. But something is not right. It is almost too perfect. And the more you search the more cracks you find.

Explore the neighborhood, solve environmental puzzles, and uncover the truth shaped by fear, silence, and control. Traces of life under a regime based on secrecy and repression. As you investigate, the world subtly transforms around you.

The story doesn’t tell you everything. It lets you find it. Hidden in walls, staircases, basement and buried in layers of memories and silence.

The thumbnail typography text was generated with the help of AI and edited and tailored by me to fit the game’s tone and setting. I am a solodev and I have limited possibilities but to be honest it is very close to the vision in my head. I'm hoping to have a fully handmade thumbnail soon.
