Rebounder

You play as a crusty worker at the end of her rope—on a job site on a world very far from here. You clock in, tether in, and get to work. Your job responsibilities? Unclear. 

But people call you rebounder.

Grab. Throw. Bounce.

Grab explosive spores, throw them into the air, and bounce — ever higher, through obstacles and away from hazard. Juggle yourself through off-world terrain with fast, readable movement. Inspired by the hidden mechanics speedrunners mastered in Kaizo ROM hacks.

No pixels. All print. Inspired by zines, old sci-fi comics, and printing errors like Ben Day dots, misregistration, and paper grit. The audio floods Rebounder with distorted, otherworldly grooves, concealing secrets for players who tune in.
