With roots in cultures around the world, including America, Austria, the British Isles, India, Kyrgyzstan, Norway, and Yakutia, the jew’s harp bridges continents and centuries. This soundtrack features authentic performances of jew's harp coupled with banjo, guitar, kyl-kiyak, tambura, dholak, tabla, ghatam, seljefløyte, didjeridoo, steel tongue drum, and both electric and double-reed jew’s harps. The result: a fusion of traditional world music and bold experimentation.
